***Deposits and Payments*** 1. A deposit of 1 night, including taxes, is required to guarantee your reservation. ( At time of booking) the remaining balance of the stay will be charged upon arrival, at check-in. 2. Stays of 1 night, the total prepayment plus taxes is required at booking ***CXL Policies *** 1. Up to 15 days prior to arrival, the deposit ( of 1 night) will be refunded less a US$80 administrative fee. 2.Cancellation received 14 days or less prior to date of arrival will be subject to penalty of 1 night (deposit received). 3.No show the deposit is non-refundable for the period covered and the room will be released at the corresponding check out time. *** Important*** Any modification is subject to availability. In case there is a difference in the rate, it must be covered by the client. Under no circumstance should a new rate be lower will the hotel reimburse or apply credits.
